Winning was admitted to practice in 2010. She has been practising family law since her admission.
Her experience covers all areas of family law including property settlements, financial agreements, parenting arrangements and de-facto and same sex relationship breakdowns.
With experience in a number of areas of the law including personal injury, migration, wills, criminal and child protection law, Winning is able to deal with the broad range of issues that often arise after the breakdown of a relationship.
Winning has a practical, yet sensible and compassionate approach. Finding an out of court solution is Winning’s main focus. She strongly believes that this minimises the emotional and financial cost of separation for clients and, most importantly, any children affected. However, where a dispute cannot resolve with an acceptable outcome, she will take decisive court action.
Winning’s aim is to provide honest and clear legal advice to empower clients to make informed decisions about their future.
